Anxiety is more than worrying about an upcoming exam or starting a new job. Anxiety is a mental health diagnosis that impacts over 50% of people in the United States. Criteria for anxiety include feeling restless, irritable, and difficulty in controlling the worry to the point that it impacts your daily functioning.
