Sometimes therapy alone is not enough.
Therapy can be a helpful tool in your journey to improved mental health. For some people, mental health therapy alone is beneficial. Others benefit from medication and therapy. Some people improve most when they have additional avenues of support such as organizations, hotlines, support groups, religious help, and creative outlets. On my website, I have listed resources that may help in times of crisis, but please know there are many wonderful resources available to help you.
